Como sabemos, NAFTALI GERTTZ / HERTZ / HERSCH RASKIN nasceu por volta de 1821 em Ekaterinoslav, Rússia (atualmente Dnipro - Ucrânia). Também temos informações de que Naftali também morou em uma pequena vila, Elnya, perto de Kothimsk, na Bielorrússia (Rússia).

Naftali era casado com Feigue (Feiga) e tinha pelo menos 13 filhos: Abraão, Aizek, Boruch (Boris), David, Rissi, Einich, Etel (Eta), Fride (Freede), Geny, Nehama, Leibe, Beille e Perl. As we know, NAFTALI GERTZ/HERTZ/HERSCH RASKIN was born around 1821 in Ekaterinoslav, Russia (nowadays Dnipro - Ukraine). We also have information that Naftali  also lived in a small village, Elnya, near Kothimsk in Belarus (Russia).

Naftali was married with Feigue (Feiga), and they had, at least, 13 children: Abraham, Aizek, Boruch (Boris), David, Rissi, Einich, Etel (Eta), Fride (Freede), Geny, Nehama, Leibe, Beille and Perl. Naftali had at least two other daughters with Feiga that we don’t know their names.  Below you find what we know about Naftali´s sons and daughters.

It seems that in one moment Naftali and Feigue divorced. And maybe Naftali remarried Leah Vaniler and had two sons, Saul and Joseph, and a daughter, Anna. Saul was a very famous Russian-american painter. If you find something about the father of Saul Raskin in Ekaterinoslav, it will be important for us.

Naftali was a jewish music singer, and used to sing in many synagogues on the region. We have the information that he was a very close friend of Rebbe Levi Ytzchak Schneerson, who happened to be the Grand Ekaterinoslav Rebbe for three decades. So, besides trying to find information about Naftali himself, Feiga, Naftalis brothers and sisters and Naftali parents, it is important for us if you can find information about Naftali´s sons and daughters. We know the names of most of them, but we have special interest on the sons and daughters of Naftali that stayed in Russia, not the ones that emigrated to South America, because we know a lot about these last ones.
